Payment / Fees
Our services are affordable and every effort is made to operate using good business practices to ensure that we may continue to offer our services to the community. We believe that financial concerns should never stand in the way of access to good, quality medical and dental care. We accept third party payments from Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.
Patients are responsible for the deductible/co-pay and any portion of the bill not covered by the insurance company.
For those patients who are not covered by insurance; payment of fees is determined by ability to pay on a sliding fee scale, which considers household income and family size. Proof of household income must be provided
